Why Chapters
The tea world is full of brands that sell everything from everywhere, blended for safety. We don't.
Each Chapter focuses on a single region. We work with the producers there for two to three years. We document them honestly through the Journal. Then we move to the next Chapter.
First Chapter is Yunnan because it is where Chinese tea begins, and where our co-director Eva has spent twenty years building relationships.
